DELIVERY COST
Order pickup is available at:

11:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).
Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta.
When placing an order with cash on delivery, according to Nova Poshta rules, 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount (money transfer commission) is added to the delivery cost. The cash on delivery service is paid by the client regardless of the order amount.
The carrier charges a commission on the declared value of the parcel:
- up to 500 UAH — included in the shipping cost
- over 500 UAH: 0.5%
The declared value of the parcel corresponds to the order amount.

RECEIVING THE PRODUCT
Upon receipt, please carefully inspect the order with the courier or without leaving the pickup point. Check the parcel for damage. If you find defects, damaged products, or product discrepancies — contact us.

For parcels valued at 45 euros or more, customs duties may be imposed according to the legislation of the country to which the parcel is sent.
PRODUCT RETURN
In accordance with current legislation, perfumery and cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.
