  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    1. This offer is an offer of the Individual Entrepreneur Ukrey Oleksandr Oleksandrovych (identification code of the individual 3277212613), (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) to an unlimited number of individuals and legal entities in accordance with Art. 633, 641, 901 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, by means of the Internet or by means of telephone communication, to conclude a purchase and sale agreement, the subject of which is goods and services offered to Clients by the Contractor or its partners (collectively referred to as the Company).
  • Definition of terms
    • “Executor” – Individual entrepreneur Ukrey Oleksandr Oleksandrovych (identification code of an individual 3277212613).
  • Subject of the Agreement
    • The Contractor undertakes, on the terms and in the manner specified in this Agreement, to sell the goods to the Client and/or provide a service, on the basis of the relevant Order placed by the Client on the website of the sole proprietorship, and the Client, in turn, undertakes to pay for the goods and/or services on the terms and in the manner specified in this Agreement.
  • ORDER PROCEDURE
    • The client can place an order in any of the following ways:
  • through the sole proprietor’s website by clicking the active “Send” button;
  • by any of the phone numbers used to advertise services.
    • The term for processing the Client’s order is until 22:00 on the day on which the order was placed.
  • ORDER PAYMENT PROCEDURE
    • Settlements under this Agreement are made in non-cash form by transferring funds to the Contractor’s bank account or by making an advance payment using the LIQPAY payment system on the website of the Sole Proprietorship.
  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDER FULFILLMENT
    • The execution of the order is carried out by the forces and means of the sole proprietorship on the date agreed with the Client.

  • RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
    • The Contractor is obliged to:
      • Fulfill the Client’s order in accordance with the selected goods and/or services on the website of the sole proprietorship and the placed Order;
  • VALIDITY PERIOD AND CHANGES IN THE TERMS OF THE OFFER
    • The Offer comes into force from the moment of posting on the Internet and is valid until the Offer is withdrawn by the Contractor.
  • LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
    • The Parties shall be liable for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the procedure provided for by this Agreement and the current legislation of Ukraine.
  • the content and truthfulness of the information provided by the Client when placing an order;
  • delay in the provision of services, which occurs for reasons beyond the control of the Contractor;
  • illegal actions of the Client.
    • In the event of force majeure, the parties shall be released from fulfilling the terms of this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, force majeure circumstances shall be understood as circumstances of an extraordinary, unforeseeable nature, which exclude or objectively prevent the performance of this Agreement, the occurrence of which the Party could not have foreseen or prevented in a reasonable way.
  1. DISPUTES ARISING IN THE PROCESS OF PROVIDING SERVICES
    1. In case of disagreement of the Client with the quality of the services provided, the Client sends the claim to the sole proprietorship in any convenient way (e-mail address, postal address of the sole proprietorship, telephone appeal, etc.).
  1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA. CONFIDENTIALITY
    1. By placing an Order in any way, the Client gives his unconditional consent to the collection, processing, storage, use of his personal data within the meaning of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
  1. OTHER CONDITIONS
    1. The Contractor reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement, subject to its prior publication on the website of the sole proprietorship.
  1. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
    1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of placing an order by the Client in any way provided for by this Agreement and is valid until the parties fully fulfill their obligations.
